The institution is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Government of Karnataka, and is recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) under sections 2(f) and 12(b). Furthermore, it stands accredited with Grade 'A++' by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) at Deen Dayal Upadhyay Kaushal Kendra.

The Genesis of Padmashree Group of Institutions

The foundation of the Padmashree Group of Institutions was laid in 1994, driven by the vision of creating a socially responsible organization. The founding trustees, Dr. Aswath Narayan, Sri. The group marked its inception with the launch of the first Physiotherapy College in Bangalore, under the affiliation of Rajeev Gandhi University of Health Sciences, in 1996. This humble beginning with just 25 students has grown exponentially over the years, with the group now housing ten institutions nurturing over 2200 students today.
