Padmashree institute of Management and Sciences is proud to announce a unique course M.Voc. in Food Technology and Quality Management affiliated with Bangalore University which is recognized by DDU KAUSHAL KENDRA which is a skill enhancement program. This program aims at promoting innovations in food sectors and concentrating the growth of food processing in India in Global extent. This course helps the students to get exposures to food industry and they can become an entrepreneur. As a part of the curriculum course offers 6 months industry internship and helps students to acquire skills required for food and nutraceutical industry and makes them industry ready.

With Research laboratories which are evaluating and analysing the food ingredients present in the products. With Public sector undertakings in the Department of food of the government. With the packaging companies which conduct research on best modes of preservation of food-items.

Food Technology is the rapidly growing and one can get jobs in food processing industries, research laboratories, soft drink factories, Fruit and vegetable sector, Breweries and baking sector quality control, rice mills, manufacturing industries and distilleries.
