Master of Applied Genetics is two years of postgraduate study with Choice Based Credit System Syllabus, consisting of 4 Semesters. This course offers advanced learning in Genetics to give knowledge to eligible students. It is the most sought discipline and covers wide range of areas Clinical research, Genomics, Proteomics, Counselling, Forensics, Health care, Gene-therapy, Scientific and medical fields. The syllabus in Applied Genetics is designed to prepare students for employment in the rapidly growing Biotechnology and Microbiology industries. Students will be exposed to the main aspects of Genetics which branches into Medical genetics, Clinical Genetics, Cytogenetics, Population Genetics, Forensics.
