About the Course:

The main objective of framing this curriculum of B.Sc. (Basic/Hons.) in Statistics is to impart the students a holistic understanding of the subject giving substantial knowledge about the ability to use skills in Statistics and different practicing areas for formulating and tackling Statistics related problems and identifying and applying appropriate principles and methodologies to solve a wide range of problems associated with Statistics. The course also emphasizes on various skills like critical thinking skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills, research skills.
